This Policy is applicable to all purchases, cancellation and/or replacement of orders made from the Company’s website (“Policy”). This Policy is to be read alongwith the other website Policies vis. Product disclaimer, Terms and Condition, privacy policy etc. as may be amended and applicable from time to time.
The purchase of any product of the Company from the company’s Website is governed by this Policy and you shall be deemed to have unconditionally and irrevocably accepted the provision hereof before the placing the order.
All the Products are sold by the on the Website on no-return and no-refund policy as we believe in maintaining hygiene.
HOWEVER, WE MAY CONSIDER REPLACEMENTS IF:
The Product was Damaged, had Manufacturing Defect(s) or the Wrong Product was Delivered
In the unlikely event that the product you receive is damaged and/or is of a different size/colour, we will ensure replacement of the same as per this Policy.
HOW DO I RETURN AND GET A REPLACEMENT FOR AN ITEM PURCHASED THIS WEBSITE?
If you think, you have received a damaged / wrong product: Please email us mentioning your Order ID/No. along with the product Photo with date and time through our website. We will ensure that the issue is resolved satisfactorily.
STEPS TO CREATE A CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUEST:
Log onto the website of the Company and click the link ‘contact us’; select Customer Service: enter your name & registered email address: upload the wrong/defective product image, enter the order ID in the additional message box: &click on Inquire to submit. A service ticket will be raised & Customer care team will contact you with the resolution.
The replacement can be requested only by the person who has placed the order and by no one else. Any third party request will not be entertained by the Company.
WHICH ARE THE ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE REPLACED?
Request for Replacement will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- If the defect is not a manufacturing defect; and/or
- The replacement is based on your belief (personal or otherwise) or otherwise as to the use or fit for any purpose or the merchantability of the Product purchased; and/or
- If request for replacement is made after 48 (forty eight )hours of delivery time and/or without photo of the product or in any manner not as per the provisions of this Policy; and/or
- The damage is not due to any act attributable to the Company/its Representatives (in such a case the Company’s decision would be final & binding on you); and/or
- If the Product is returned without original packaging intact and bills; and/or
- Any item that has been used, worn or washed or is different; and/or
- Free products given during promotion; and/or
- The Company, in its sole discretion, arrives at a decision ‘not to replace’.
COMPANY’S RIGHTS:
In case a suitable replacement product is not be available and / or the Company, in its sole discretion decides, we will refund you the purchase price upon receipt of the defective product by you.
Provided that any refund shall be subject (a) to the satisfactory completion of required quality checks on the returned Products, and (b) the sole discretion/decision of the Company to initiate a refund request.
The refund would, as the case may be, reflect in the Customer’s bank account/reversed in the credit card/reversed in other modes though which the payment was made, within such reasonable time (subject to the policies of the Customer’s bank /credit card refunds/such other modes) from the date on which the Company initiates the refund. It is clarified that in case of credit payments, the Company shall not be responsible in case such refunds are reflected after the bill payment date of the Customer.
HOW LONG WILL REPLACEMENT PROCESS TAKE?
Once the Company receives back the product and the same is replaceable as per this Policy, it usually takes the Company 7-14 working days (i.e. all days excluding Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays and Bank Holidays) from the date of receipt of the goods to send the replaced goods. The Customer shall bear the shipping charges for return of the damaged goods sent to the Company.
CANCELLATION POLICY
(a) Cancellation by Customer:
The Customer can cancel the order placed for the product, only till point the same has not been shipped for delivery to you. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
(b) Cancellation by Company:
There may be certain orders that the Company is unable to accept & service (may be due to Jurisdiction or any other reason in the discretion of the Company) and these may need to be cancelled.
Refund by Company upon Cancellation:
In case cancellation of order (whether by the Customer or the Company), the Company will initiate refunds within 2 (two) working days from the date on which it received the request from the Customer.
The refund amount will reflect in the Customer’s bank account/credit card statement/ other modes within such reasonable time as per the policies of the Customer’s bank /credit card refunds/such other modes.
It is clarified that in case of credit payments, the Company shall not be responsible in case such refunds are reflected after the bill payment date of the Customer. All refunds shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by the Customer’s bank/service provider, if any.
No cancellation charges shall be levied for cancellation of an order in accordance with the terms of this policy.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION:
All products are sold by the Company from India and the all transactions (completed or cancelled or disputed or otherwise) completed on the website of the Company are governed by Laws of India.
This policy is governed by the Laws of India and the Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan (India) have the exclusive jurisdiction to try any dispute, difference, claim etc. related to the Purchase of the Product or the refund amounts or otherwise.
VARIATIONS TO POLICY:
The Company reserves the right to change/make variation in this policy at any time (without any prior intimation or otherwise to anyone) and all purchases shall be governed by such revised policy, as may be in force.
