G1Wonders Technology

Graphene, a wonder material discovered just a few years ago, has limitless applications across industries and is set to redefine the course of next-generation advanced materials.

Harnessing the Power of Graphene

Nanomatrix Materials, an R&D-focused company, is evolving as a specialist in integrating graphene into a number of applications — enhancing properties extraordinarily in domains such as filtration, polymers, construction, energy, and textiles. Several patents have already been applied, with more in the pipeline.

Innovation doesn’t stop at the shop floor — it must reach end users. In the early 2020s we focused on stopping transmission of infections and studied the major transmission routes to create practical graphene-based solutions.

Our Innovations — Graphene-Silver Nanotechnology

We identified three critical transmission pathways and developed product families to address each:

  • Person-to-Person — protection when a mask is not worn.
  • Airborne Transmission — sterilizing pathogens suspended in indoor air.
  • Contaminated Surfaces — long-lasting surface protection to reduce fomite spread.

Based on these, our flagship innovations include:

  • G1 Wonder Masks: World’s first masks infused with graphene-silver nanotechnology that destroy viruses & bacteria in seconds. NABL-tested, washable, antimicrobial and pollution resistant.
  • G1 AC Filters: Purify indoor air, sterilize airborne microbes, filter dust particles and reduce harmful VOC/gases.
  • G1 SurfaceX Spray: A long-term protection coating for surfaces that can remain effective up to 90 days.

Graphene — The Enabling Material

Graphene’s exceptional properties make it uniquely suited for next-generation products:

  • Large surface area: 2D morphology yields one of the highest surface-area-to-volume ratios of any material.
  • Customizability: synthesis can be tuned for size, shape and chemistry.
  • Excellent conductivity: exceptional thermal & electrical conductivity (>5000 W·m⁻¹·K⁻¹).
  • Outstanding strength: ~200× stronger than steel, ~5× lighter than aluminium.
  • Antimicrobial action: atom-thin sharp edges disrupt microbes and filter contaminants.

These properties enable limitless applications across electronics, filtration, energy, construction, coatings, and sensors. The exact form of graphene varies with the application — surface chemistry is key in filtration, while interlayer spacing and conductivity matter most in energy storage.

Testing & Validation: Our technologies have been tested at SITRA, Himway Test House, Seagull Bio Solutions, Biotech Testing Services, ITS Laboratories and CEG Test House as per ISO 20743 & ISO 18184 antimicrobial standards. We specialise in harnessing graphene to create consumer-ready, future-focused products. G1 Wonder Masks is our first — stay connected for more innovations.
